Air Fryer Lamb Steaks

Recipe by Chloe

If you’ve ever wanted something that feels fancy but is incredibly easy, these Air Fryer Lamb Steaks are it. Juicy, tender, and packed with flavor, they come together in under 10 minutes with simple ingredients like garlic, rosemary, and olive oil. Perfect for weeknights or a quick impressive dinner.

  • Total Time13 minutes
  • Yield4 servings 1x

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 lamb steaks (about 150g each)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon fresh rosemary, finely chopped
  • 1½ teaspoons garlic paste
  • Salt, to taste
  • Black pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 200°C (400°F) for 3 to 5 minutes.
  2. In a bowl, mix olive oil, rosemary, garlic paste, salt, and pepper.
  3. Coat the lamb steaks evenly with the marinade.
  4. Let them sit for 5 minutes.
  5. Place in air fryer basket in a single layer.
  6. Cook for 8 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  7. Let rest for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

Do not overcook as lamb can become tough. Medium rare gives the best texture and flavor. Save the drippings for gravy or extra flavor. You can swap rosemary for mint or add spices like cumin or paprika. A meat thermometer helps ensure perfect doneness.
