Air Fryer Lamb Meatballs

Recipe by Chloe

Once you make these Air Fryer Lamb Meatballs, you’ll wonder why you ever used the oven. They’re juicy, flavorful, and incredibly easy to make with simple ingredients and warm Mediterranean spices. Perfect for weeknight dinners, meal prep, or a fun appetizer spread.

  • Total Time20 minutes
  • Yield4 servings 1x

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb ground lamb
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 2 teaspoons granulated onion
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley
  • ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine ground lamb, cumin, onion, parsley, cinnamon, salt, and pepper.
  2. Mix until evenly combined.
  3. Shape into 1-inch meatballs.
  4. Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  5. Place meatballs in a single layer in the basket.
  6. Cook for 12 to 15 minutes, shaking halfway through.
  7. Serve warm.

Notes

Do not cook at 400°F to avoid smoke in the air fryer. No breadcrumbs or eggs are needed as the lamb holds together naturally. Freeze cooked or raw meatballs for up to 3 months. Use a scoop to keep meatballs evenly sized for consistent cooking.
