Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 package Wagyu beef hot dogs
  • 4 to 5 hot dog buns
  • 1 1/2 cups napa cabbage, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup kimchi, drained and sliced
  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon gochujang
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 1/2 teaspoon minced ginger
  • 5 tablespoons fried onions or shallots
  • 1/4 cup green onions, thinly sliced

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, gochujang, rice vinegar, sugar, soy sauce, garlic, and ginger until smooth.
  2. In another bowl, combine napa cabbage, kimchi, and part of the green onions.
  3. Add dressing to the slaw and mix well.
  4. Cook Wagyu beef hot dogs using your preferred method.
  5. Place hot dogs in buns.
  6. Top with kimchi slaw.

Notes

Toast buns for better texture. Adjust spice by changing gochujang amount. Slaw can be made ahead but is best fresh. Use any cabbage if napa is unavailable.
