- 1 package Wagyu beef hot dogs
- 4 to 5 hot dog buns
- 1 1/2 cups napa cabbage, thinly sliced
- 1 cup kimchi, drained and sliced
- 1/3 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon gochujang
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon minced ginger
- 5 tablespoons fried onions or shallots
- 1/4 cup green onions, thinly sliced
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, gochujang, rice vinegar, sugar, soy sauce, garlic, and ginger until smooth.
- In another bowl, combine napa cabbage, kimchi, and part of the green onions.
- Add dressing to the slaw and mix well.
- Cook Wagyu beef hot dogs using your preferred method.
- Place hot dogs in buns.
- Top with kimchi slaw.
- Add fried onions and remaining green onions.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
Toast buns for better texture. Adjust spice by changing gochujang amount. Slaw can be made ahead but is best fresh. Use any cabbage if napa is unavailable.
