Ingredients

  • 1 rack pork spare ribs
  • 2 teaspoons BBQ rib rub
  • 2 teaspoons salt, pepper, and garlic blend
  • 1 teaspoon coarse black pepper


Instructions

  1. Preheat pellet smoker to 250°F
  2. Trim ribs and remove membrane
  3. Season ribs evenly on all sides
  4. Place ribs on smoker, bone side down
  5. Smoke for 4 hours without opening the lid
  6. Check tenderness and internal temperature
  7. Continue cooking until 200 to 205°F
  8. Remove and rest for 10 to 15 minutes
  9. Slice and serve
