- 2 teaspoons BBQ rib rub
- 2 teaspoons salt, pepper, and garlic blend

Instructions
- Preheat pellet smoker to 250°F
- Trim ribs and remove membrane
- Season ribs evenly on all sides
- Place ribs on smoker, bone side down
- Smoke for 4 hours without opening the lid
- Check tenderness and internal temperature
- Continue cooking until 200 to 205°F
- Remove and rest for 10 to 15 minutes
