- 1/2 cup BBQ dry rub
- 1 cup BBQ sauce
- Apple cider vinegar (for spritzing)
- Optional: brown sugar

Instructions
- Trim excess fat from ribs
- Season generously on all sides with dry rub
- Let rest for 30 minutes
- Preheat pellet smoker to 275°F
- Place ribs on grates spaced apart
- Smoke and spritz with apple cider vinegar every 45 minutes
- Flip ribs after about 90 minutes
- Cook until internal temp reaches 170 to 175°F
- Brush with BBQ sauce
- Cook another 20 to 30 minutes until caramelized
- Remove at 180 to 185°F and rest before serving
