This one pot cowboy spaghetti is bold cheesy and packed with bacon sausage and beef all cooked together in a rich sauce with tender pasta for the ultimate hearty weeknight dinner.
Ingredients

- 4 strips bacon chopped
- 1 ring kielbasa sausage sliced
- 1 onion diced
- 1 teaspoon garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 1/2 cups beef broth
- 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
- 2 teaspoons hot sauce
- 8 ounces spaghetti broken
- 2 cans diced tomatoes
- 1/2 cup tomato sauce
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- Chives for garnish
Instructions
- Cook bacon until crispy and set aside
- Brown kielbasa and set aside
- Cook onion and garlic until soft
- Add ground beef and cook through
- Stir in broth Worcestershire and hot sauce
- Return bacon and sausage
- Add spaghetti tomatoes and sauce
- Cover and simmer until pasta is tender
- Add cheese cover and let melt
- Garnish and serve
