Description

This one pot cowboy spaghetti is bold cheesy and packed with bacon sausage and beef all cooked together in a rich sauce with tender pasta for the ultimate hearty weeknight dinner.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 strips bacon chopped
  • 1 ring kielbasa sausage sliced
  • 1 onion diced
  • 1 teaspoon garlic
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 1/2 cups beef broth
  • 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 teaspoons hot sauce
  • 8 ounces spaghetti broken
  • 2 cans diced tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup tomato sauce
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • Chives for garnish


Instructions

  1. Cook bacon until crispy and set aside
  2. Brown kielbasa and set aside
  3. Cook onion and garlic until soft
  4. Add ground beef and cook through
  5. Stir in broth Worcestershire and hot sauce
  6. Return bacon and sausage
  7. Add spaghetti tomatoes and sauce
  8. Cover and simmer until pasta is tender
  9. Add cheese cover and let melt
  10. Garnish and serve
