Description

Juicy, flavorful healthy turkey meatballs made in the air fryer that are quick, easy, and perfect for meal prep or busy weeknight dinners.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese
  • 1 tbsp tomato paste
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1/4 cup parsley, chopped
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, whisk together the egg and tomato paste.
  2. Add ground turkey, breadcrumbs, parmesan, garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper.
  3. Mix gently until just combined.
  4. Roll into evenly sized meatballs.
  5. Preheat air fryer to 425°F.
  6. Place meatballs in a single layer in the basket.
  7. Cook for 12 to 14 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  8. Serve warm.

Notes

Do not overmix the meat. Use 85–93% lean turkey for best results. Lightly spray with oil for a golden finish. Great for meal prep and freezer-friendly.
