Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup whole milk
  • 2 pounds ground turkey
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tablespoons ketchup

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F. Line a baking sheet or loaf pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a small bowl, combine breadcrumbs and milk. Let sit for a few minutes until softened.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine ground turkey, eggs, parsley, Worcestershire sauce, ketchup, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and soaked breadcrumbs.
  4. Mix gently until just combined.
  5. Shape the mixture into a loaf on the prepared baking sheet.
  6. In a small bowl, stir together ketchup and brown sugar for the glaze.
  7. Spread the glaze evenly over the top of the meatloaf.
  8. Bake for 45 to 55 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F.
  9. Let rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.

Notes

Use 85% lean turkey for the juiciest texture. Do not overmix the meat mixture or the meatloaf can become dense. Let the meatloaf rest before slicing to keep it moist and flavorful.
