- 1 garlic clove, minced

- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 3/4 cup Panko breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup whole milk
- 1 pound lean ground beef
- 1/2 pound ground pork
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 3 tablespoons chopped parsley
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix egg, garlic, onion, salt, and pepper.
- Add breadcrumbs and milk and let sit for 1 minute.
- Add beef and pork and mix gently.
- Stir in parmesan and parsley.
- Form into evenly sized meatballs.
- Chill for 1 hour if possible.
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F.
- Cook meatballs for 15 minutes until internal temperature reaches 160°F.
Notes
Do not overmix the meat to keep meatballs tender. Chill time helps them hold shape and improves flavor. Cook in batches to avoid overcrowding. Use a meat thermometer for best results.
