- 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup milk
- 500g ground chicken
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/3 cup grated parmesan
- 2 teaspoons parsley
- 1/4 cup grated onion
- 1 egg
- Salt and pepper
- Oil spray
Instructions
- Combine breadcrumbs and milk and let sit for 5 minutes.
- Add ground chicken, garlic, onion, parmesan, parsley, egg, salt, and pepper.
- Mix gently until just combined.
- Form into small meatballs using damp hands.
- Preheat air fryer to 200°C (400°F).
- Lightly spray basket and meatballs with oil.
- Cook for 10 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Serve warm and enjoy.
Notes
Do not overmix the meat. Keep the mixture soft for juicy meatballs. Cook in batches for best results. Chill mixture briefly if shaping is difficult.
