Description

Juicy, tender air fryer chicken meatballs that are quick, easy, and perfect for busy weeknight dinners with minimal effort and simple ingredients.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 500g ground chicken
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/3 cup grated parmesan
  • 2 teaspoons parsley
  • 1/4 cup grated onion
  • 1 egg
  • Salt and pepper
  • Oil spray


Instructions

  1. Combine breadcrumbs and milk and let sit for 5 minutes.
  2. Add ground chicken, garlic, onion, parmesan, parsley, egg, salt, and pepper.
  3. Mix gently until just combined.
  4. Form into small meatballs using damp hands.
  5. Preheat air fryer to 200°C (400°F).
  6. Lightly spray basket and meatballs with oil.
  7. Cook for 10 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  8. Serve warm and enjoy.

Notes

Do not overmix the meat. Keep the mixture soft for juicy meatballs. Cook in batches for best results. Chill mixture briefly if shaping is difficult.
