This Cowboy Spaghetti with Bacon is smoky, cheesy, hearty, and packed with bold flavor. A cozy one pot comfort dinner that is easy to make and perfect for busy weeknights.

- 12 ounces spaghetti
- 8 strips bacon, chopped
- 1½ pounds ground beef
- 1 large onion, diced
- 1 can kidney beans, drained
- 1 can tomato sauce
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 2 tablespoons chili powder
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- 3 cups shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Cook spaghetti according to package instructions. Drain.
- Cook bacon in a large skillet until crispy. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, cook ground beef and onion until browned.
- Add beans, tomato sauce, diced tomatoes, and seasonings. Stir well.
- Mix in cooked spaghetti.
- Stir in half the cheese and half the bacon.
- Top with remaining cheese.
- Bake for 20 to 25 minutes until bubbly.
- Sprinkle remaining bacon on top before serving.
Notes
Shred your own cheese for better melting. Adjust spice level to taste. Great for meal prep and leftovers.
