- 6 strips bacon
- 1 onion chopped
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 1/2 cups beef broth
- 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
- 2 teaspoons hot sauce
- 8 ounces spaghetti broken in half
- 1 can diced tomatoes with green chiles
- 1 can fire roasted tomatoes
- 1 can tomato sauce
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- Green onions for garnish
Instructions
- Cook bacon in a large skillet until crisp then remove and crumble
- In the same pan cook onion until soft then add garlic salt and pepper
- Add ground beef and cook until browned
- Stir in broth Worcestershire sauce and hot sauce then add half the bacon
- Add broken spaghetti then pour tomatoes and sauce over top
- Cover and cook for about 20 minutes until pasta is tender
- Stir everything together top with cheese and remaining bacon
- Cover and let cheese melt then garnish with green onions and serve
Notes
Adjust spice level to taste Add extra cheese for a richer finish Great for leftovers and reheats well
