- 12 oz spaghetti
- 8 slices bacon, chopped
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 onion, diced
- 1 can kidney beans, drained
- 1 can tomato sauce
- 1 can diced tomatoes with green chilies
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 3 cups shredded cheese (divided)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Cook spaghetti until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- Cook bacon until crispy. Remove and set aside.
- In the same pan, cook ground beef and onion until browned.
- Stir in tomato sauce, diced tomatoes, beans, soup, Worcestershire sauce, and seasoning.
- Add cooked spaghetti and mix well.
- Stir in half the cheese and half the bacon.
- Transfer to a baking dish and cover with foil.
- Bake for 20 to 25 minutes.
- Add remaining cheese and bake until melted and golden.
- Top with remaining bacon and serve.
Notes
Cook pasta slightly firm to avoid a mushy texture. Add extra cheese when reheating for best results. Store leftovers in the fridge up to 3 days or freeze up to 3 months.
