  • 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup whole milk
  • 2 large eggs, whisked
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tablespoons ketchup
  • 1 1/4 teaspoons kosher salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 cup ketchup or BBQ sauce
  • 2 tablespoons light brown sugar


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F. Line a baking sheet or loaf pan with foil and lightly spray with nonstick spray.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the ground turkey, breadcrumbs, milk, eggs, parsley, Worcestershire sauce, ketchup, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  3. Mix gently until just combined. Do not overmix.
  4. Shape the mixture into a loaf on the prepared baking sheet or place into a loaf pan.
  5. In a small bowl, stir together the ketchup or BBQ sauce with brown sugar.
  6. Spread the sauce evenly over the top of the meatloaf.
  7. Bake for 45 to 55 minutes or until the center reaches 160°F.
  8. Let the meatloaf rest for 5 to 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
