- 1 cup barbecue sauce
- 1/3 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
- 2 tablespoons minced garlic
- 2 tablespoons ketchup
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon lemon zest
- Salt and pepper
- 2 1/2 tablespoons smoked paprika
- 2 1/2 tablespoons lemon pepper
- 1 1/4 tablespoons kosher salt
- 1 tablespoon smoked garlic powder
- 1/2 tablespoon onion powder
- 1/2 tablespoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
Instructions
- Preheat pellet grill to 300°F
- Remove membrane from ribs and pat dry
- Mix marinade and coat ribs, let sit 30 minutes if using
- Combine dry rub ingredients
- Coat ribs evenly with dry rub
- Place ribs on grill meat side down and cook 30 minutes
- Flip ribs and continue cooking
- Cook until internal temperature reaches 190°F to 203°F
- Brush with barbecue sauce during final 5 minutes
- Remove ribs, cover with foil, and rest 30 to 60 minutes
- Slice and serve
