Description

These Air Fryer Pork Meatballs are juicy, flavorful, and perfect for a quick weeknight dinner. Made with simple ingredients and cooked to golden perfection in the air fryer, they are easy, satisfying, and great for meal prep.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground pork
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1.5 teaspoons fennel seeds, crushed
  • 1.5 teaspoons Italian herbs
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon paprika (optional)


Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil and sauté onions. Add fennel seeds.
  2. Mix pork, onions, and spices.
  3. Shape into meatballs.
  4. Place in air fryer and spray lightly.
  5. Cook at 370°F for 13 to 15 minutes.
  6. Flip halfway and cook until done.

Notes

Do not overmix to keep meatballs tender. Use pork with some fat for juiciness. Cook in batches if needed. Perfect for meal prep and reheats well.
