Description

Juicy, perfectly browned air fryer beef meatballs that are quick, easy, and perfect for a cozy weeknight dinner with minimal cleanup.


Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 pounds ground beef
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup milk or water


Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix all ingredients gently.
  3. Shape mixture into evenly sized meatballs.
  4. Place meatballs in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  5. Cook for 10 to 12 minutes until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
  6. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.

Notes

Use 85/15 or 90/10 beef for juicy results. Do not overcrowd the air fryer basket. Great for meal prep and freezer-friendly.
