- 1/4 cup milk or water
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, mix all ingredients gently.
- Shape mixture into evenly sized meatballs.

- Cook for 10 to 12 minutes until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
- Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
Use 85/15 or 90/10 beef for juicy results. Do not overcrowd the air fryer basket. Great for meal prep and freezer-friendly.
