The Story Behind My Ground Lamb Kebabs Recipe

I started making these kebabs after getting hooked on lamb meatballs at a local Mediterranean restaurant. The spice combo stuck with me. I swapped the frying pan for the grill and used skewers to turn them into lamb kebabs. The result? A juicy, rich, and deeply satisfying meal that always gets compliments.
