  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup diced onion
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 3/4 cup ketchup
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 tablespoon ground mustard


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a baking sheet with foil and spray with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, milk, egg, onion, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  3. Mix gently until just combined.
  4. Form mixture into a loaf shape on the prepared baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 30 minutes.
  6. While the meatloaf bakes, stir together ketchup, brown sugar, and mustard.
  7. Spread glaze over the meatloaf.
  8. Return to oven and bake another 15 to 20 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
  9. Let rest for 5 to 10 minutes before slicing.
