- 4 hard-boiled eggs
- 1 cup corn
- 1 avocado
- 1/2 red onion
- 1 cup blue cheese crumbles
- Salt and pepper

- 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
- 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 garlic clove

Instructions
- Mix thyme, chives, garlic, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
- Rub the mixture evenly over both sides of the steak.
- Heat a grill or skillet over medium heat.
- Cook the steak for 7 to 10 minutes, flipping occasionally, until desired doneness.
- Remove steak and let it rest for 5 minutes.
- Slice the steak into thin strips.

- Whisk together vinegar, Dijon mustard, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, and salt.
