When dinner needs to happen *now*, this Speedy Shrimp Scampi is your new best friend—fast, fancy-looking, and downright delicious.
Ingredients

- 1 lb large raw shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 3 tbsp butter
- 3–4 garlic cloves, minced or slivered
- ¼–½ tsp red pepper flakes
- ½ cup dry white wine (or chicken broth)
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp chopped parsley
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Heat olive oil and butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add garlic and red pepper flakes; sauté until fragrant (about 30 seconds).
- Add shrimp and wine; cook 2 minutes until shrimp turn pink on one side.
- Flip shrimp, cook 1–2 minutes more.
- Remove from heat; stir in lemon juice, parsley, and black pepper.
- Serve hot with pasta, bread, or rice.
Notes
For extra richness, add a pat of butter before serving. If using frozen shrimp, thaw completely before cooking. Add grated Parmesan if you want a touch of creaminess.
