- Tortillas flour or corn

- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon chili powder
- 4 cups coleslaw mix
- Handful cilantro
- 1/2 cup light mayo
- 1 teaspoon honey
- Juice of 1 lime
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- If cooking fresh brisket rub with seasoning and cook until tender.
- Slice brisket against the grain into chunks.
- Heat oil in skillet and warm brisket with BBQ sauce and water.
- Toss coleslaw mix with cilantro.
- Whisk mayo, honey, lime juice, salt, and pepper then combine with slaw.
- Warm tortillas.
- Assemble tacos with brisket, slaw, BBQ sauce, and salsa verde.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
