- 1 tsp black pepper
- Honey Mustard Glaze:
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp whole grain Dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp mustard
- 2 tbsp honey
- 6 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F (218°C).
- Season chicken thighs with salt and pepper.
- Whisk together all glaze ingredients. Pour over chicken, toss to coat.
- Arrange chicken in a baking dish. Pour in all the glaze.
- Bake 35 minutes, until skin is crisp and chicken is 165°F.
- Rest 10 minutes, then serve.
