Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325°F.
- Place ham cut-side down in a foil-lined roasting pan.
- Cover tightly with foil.
- Bake according to minutes per pound: 15 to 18 for whole bone-in pre-cooked, 18 to 24 for half bone-in pre-cooked, 10 to 18 for spiral, 18 to 20 for whole uncooked, 22 to 25 for half uncooked, 30 to 35 for boneless arm picnic, 35 to 40 for shoulder roll.
- Glaze during the last 30 to 40 minutes uncovered if desired.
- Check internal temperature: 140°F for pre-cooked or 145°F for uncooked.
- Rest 10 to 15 minutes before carving and serving.
