Ingredients

  • 1 smoked ham (bone-in, boneless, spiral, pre-cooked or uncooked)
  • Glaze of choice (optional)
  • Aluminum foil


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F.
  2. Place ham cut-side down in a foil-lined roasting pan.
  3. Cover tightly with foil.
  4. Bake according to minutes per pound: 15 to 18 for whole bone-in pre-cooked, 18 to 24 for half bone-in pre-cooked, 10 to 18 for spiral, 18 to 20 for whole uncooked, 22 to 25 for half uncooked, 30 to 35 for boneless arm picnic, 35 to 40 for shoulder roll.
  5. Glaze during the last 30 to 40 minutes uncovered if desired.
  6. Check internal temperature: 140°F for pre-cooked or 145°F for uncooked.
  7. Rest 10 to 15 minutes before carving and serving.

Notes
