Description

This honey garlic salmon air fryer recipe is a quick, cozy dinner that feels fancy with almost no effort. Tender, flaky salmon is coated in a sticky, glossy glaze with the perfect sweet and savory balance, ready in under 20 minutes.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 salmon fillets (68 ounces each)
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Lemon wedges for serving (optional)

Instructions

  1. Whisk together honey, soy sauce, and garlic in a bowl.
  2. Pat salmon fillets dry and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Preheat air fryer to 400°F.
  4. Place salmon in basket and pour glaze over the top.
  5. Cook for 4 to 8 minutes depending on thickness.
  6. Remove and spoon extra glaze over salmon before serving.

Notes

Pat salmon dry before cooking for best texture. Keep garlic around the sides to prevent burning. Do not overcrowd the air fryer. Use foil for easy cleanup. Check doneness early to avoid overcooking.
