- 4 steaks (top sirloin recommended)
- 1½ tbsp olive oil
- 1½ tsp seasoned salt
- 1 tsp kosher salt
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- 2 tbsp fresh rosemary, chopped
- 6–8 handfuls arugula
- 1 pint cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cucumber, chopped
- ¼ cup red onion, sliced
- ⅓ cup feta cheese
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- 4 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- Juice of ½ lemon
- ¼ cup mayonnaise
- ½ tbsp Dijon mustard
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 2 tsp honey
Instructions
- Preheat grill to high heat (500–600°F).
- Pat steaks dry and season with salt, garlic powder, and rosemary.
- Rub steaks with olive oil to coat evenly.
- Grill steaks for about 2 minutes per side until desired doneness.
- Remove steaks and let rest for 5 minutes.
- Prepare salad base with arugula, tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, and feta.
- In a jar, combine olive oil, balsamic vinegar, lemon juice, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, salt, pepper, and honey, then shake well.
- Slice steak against the grain and place over salad.
- Drizzle dressing over the top and serve immediately.
Notes
Let the steak rest before slicing to keep it juicy. Always slice against the grain for tenderness. Adjust dressing sweetness by adding more or less honey. Keep dressing separate if meal prepping for best freshness.
