Instructions
- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the chopped onion and cook until translucent.
- Add the garlic and cook for another minute.
- Add the ground lamb, breaking it up with a spoon as it cooks.
- Season with cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Cook until the lamb is browned, then stir in the chopped parsley.
