Ingredients

  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped


Instructions

  1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the chopped onion and cook until translucent.
  3. Add the garlic and cook for another minute.
  4. Add the ground lamb, breaking it up with a spoon as it cooks.
  5. Season with cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  6. Cook until the lamb is browned, then stir in the chopped parsley.

This recipe is naturally gluten-free and perfect for quick dinners. You can also shape the lamb mixture into meatballs or kebabs for variety!
