Description

This Steak Taco Salad Recipe is quick, colorful, and packed with flavor. Juicy steak, crisp lettuce, creamy avocado, and crunchy tortilla chips come together in one satisfying bowl. Perfect for busy weeknights when you want something fresh but filling.


Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb cooked steak
  • 1 heart romaine lettuce
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1/2 cup black beans, rinsed
  • 1/2 cup corn
  • 1/4 cup cheese
  • Dressing of choice
  • Tortilla chips
  • Cilantro optional


Instructions

  1. Wash and dry lettuce then chop into bite sized pieces
  2. Divide lettuce into two bowls
  3. Slice steak and add to each bowl
  4. Add tomatoes avocado black beans and corn
  5. Sprinkle cheese over the top
  6. Drizzle with dressing
  7. Add crushed tortilla chips and cilantro
  8. Serve immediately

Notes

Dry your lettuce well so dressing sticks better. Add chips right before serving to keep them crunchy. Use any steak you have on hand. Adjust toppings to your taste.
