- 1/2 lb cooked steak
- 1 heart romaine lettuce
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes
- 1/2 avocado
- 1/2 cup black beans, rinsed
- 1/2 cup corn
- 1/4 cup cheese
- Dressing of choice
- Tortilla chips
- Cilantro optional
Instructions
- Wash and dry lettuce then chop into bite sized pieces
- Divide lettuce into two bowls
- Slice steak and add to each bowl
- Add tomatoes avocado black beans and corn
- Sprinkle cheese over the top
- Drizzle with dressing
- Add crushed tortilla chips and cilantro
- Serve immediately
