- 1/4 cup BBQ sauce
- 4 burger buns
- 8 sandwich pickles
- 2 cups broccoli slaw mix or coleslaw mix
- 1 cup shredded red cabbage
- 1/3 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon sugar
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix slaw mix, cabbage, mayonnaise, vinegar, salt, and sugar until creamy.
- Heat brisket gently in a pan with BBQ sauce over low heat.
- Lightly toast the buns until golden.
- Place pickles on the bottom bun, add brisket, top with slaw, and close with the top bun.
- Serve immediately.
