Description

These Roast Beef Sliders are the perfect party appetizer or quick dinner, made with soft rolls, savory roast beef, provolone cheese, and a garlic butter topping—ready in under 30 minutes.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 12 dinner rolls (connected)
  • ¾ pound deli roast beef
  • 8 ounces provolone cheese (about 12 slices)
  • 3 tablespoons butter, melted
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon dried parsley
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F. Line a baking sheet with foil.
  2. Slice the rolls horizontally to separate the tops from the bottoms. Place bottom half on baking sheet.
  3. Layer half the cheese, all the roast beef, and the rest of the cheese. Replace top half of rolls.
  4. Mix melted butter with garlic powder, parsley, and Worcestershire. Brush over rolls.
  5. Bake 10–12 minutes, until cheese melts and tops are golden.
  6. Rest 5 minutes, cut into sliders, and serve warm.

Notes

To prevent sogginess, bake sliders uncovered and avoid excess sauce. Leftovers can be wrapped and reheated in foil at 350°F.
