- 1 1/2 cups chopped cooked chicken (grilled, rotisserie, or leftover)
- 1/3 cup Caesar dressing
- 1/3 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup homemade croutons, crushed slightly if large
- Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
- 4 large flour tortillas or wraps (10-inch)
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the lettuce, chicken, Caesar dressing, Parmesan, and croutons. Toss well. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Warm tortillas in a skillet or microwave until just pliable.
- Place tortillas on a clean surface. Divide salad mixture evenly among them, placing in the center of each.
- Fold in the sides, then roll up tightly like a burrito.
- Slice in half, secure with a toothpick if needed, and serve.
Notes
These wraps are best eaten the day they’re assembled. To prep ahead, store salad mix and tortillas separately. Customize with bacon, avocado, or tomatoes for extra flavor.
