Chicken Caesar Wraps are everything you love about a Caesar salad crisp romaine juicy chicken Parmesan crunchy croutons creamy dressing wrapped in a soft tortilla. Fresh quick and meal prep friendly they are perfect for lunch dinner or on the go meals.
Ingredients

- 3 cups chopped romaine lettuce use romaine hearts for extra crunch
- 1 ½ cups chopped cooked chicken grilled rotisserie or leftover
- ⅓ cup Caesar dressing
- ⅓ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- ½ cup homemade croutons crushed slightly if large
- Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
- 4 large flour tortillas or wraps 10 inch
Instructions
- In a large bowl combine the lettuce chicken Caesar dressing Parmesan and croutons. Toss well and season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Warm tortillas in a skillet or microwave until just pliable.
- Place tortillas on a clean surface and divide the salad mixture evenly among them placing it in the center.
- Fold in the sides and roll up tightly like a burrito.
- Slice in half secure with a toothpick if needed and serve.
Notes
These wraps are best eaten the day they are assembled. To prep ahead store the salad mixture and tortillas separately. Customize with bacon avocado or tomatoes for extra flavor.
