- 14 oz smoked sausage, sliced
- 1 packet ranch seasoning mix

- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, toss the diced potatoes with melted butter and ranch seasoning until evenly coated.
- Transfer the potatoes to a greased baking dish and roast for 25 minutes.
- Remove from the oven, add sliced sausage, and stir to combine.
- Return to oven and bake for an additional 15-20 minutes until potatoes are tender and sausage is browned.
