Description

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs red potatoes, diced
  • 14 oz smoked sausage, sliced
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, toss the diced potatoes with melted butter and ranch seasoning until evenly coated.
  3. Transfer the potatoes to a greased baking dish and roast for 25 minutes.
  4. Remove from the oven, add sliced sausage, and stir to combine.
  5. Return to oven and bake for an additional 15-20 minutes until potatoes are tender and sausage is browned.
