- 1 (3 lb) Butterball boneless turkey breast roast
- 2 tbsp olive oil or melted butter
- 2 tbsp Italian seasoning or Bell’s Poultry Seasoning (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F if using thawed turkey, or 325°F for frozen. Pat turkey dry with paper towels. Leave the netting on.
- Place turkey breast skin or seam side up on a parchment-lined baking sheet or rack in a shallow roasting pan.
- Brush with olive oil or melted butter and sprinkle with seasoning if desired.
- Roast:
- Thawed: Bake uncovered for 50–60 minutes until internal temp reaches 165°F.
- Frozen: Bake at 325°F for about 2 hours 15 minutes, or until center reaches 165°F.
- Remove from oven, tent with foil, and let rest for 10 minutes.
- Meanwhile, warm included gravy in a saucepan over low heat.
- Remove netting, slice turkey thinly across the grain, and serve hot with gravy.
Notes
Butterball roasts are pre-brined, so no extra prep needed. Always use a meat thermometer for best results. Leftovers store well in the fridge up to 3 days or freezer up to 3 months.
