- 2 stalks green onions chopped
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons sriracha
- 2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- 1/2 tablespoon lemon juice
Instructions
- In a bowl whisk together mayonnaise, sriracha, sweet chili sauce, maple syrup, and lemon juice until smooth.
- Pat the salmon fillets dry with paper towels.
- Brush the sauce generously over the salmon.
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F.
- Place salmon in the basket skin side down without overcrowding.
- Cook for 12 to 15 minutes until salmon is flaky and cooked through.
- Remove carefully and garnish with chopped green onions.
- Serve warm with extra sauce if desired.
Notes
Do not overcrowd the air fryer for even cooking. Adjust the spice level by adding more or less sriracha. Use a thermometer to ensure the salmon reaches 145°F. Extra sauce can be stored in the refrigerator for up to one week.
