Description

This Bang Bang Salmon Air Fryer is a quick and flavorful meal with tender, flaky salmon coated in a creamy, sweet, and slightly spicy sauce. It is perfect for busy weeknights when you want something comforting and impressive without extra effort.


Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 2 stalks green onions chopped
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons sriracha
  • 2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 1/2 tablespoon lemon juice


Instructions

  1. In a bowl whisk together mayonnaise, sriracha, sweet chili sauce, maple syrup, and lemon juice until smooth.
  2. Pat the salmon fillets dry with paper towels.
  3. Brush the sauce generously over the salmon.
  4. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F.
  5. Place salmon in the basket skin side down without overcrowding.
  6. Cook for 12 to 15 minutes until salmon is flaky and cooked through.
  7. Remove carefully and garnish with chopped green onions.
  8. Serve warm with extra sauce if desired.

Notes

Do not overcrowd the air fryer for even cooking. Adjust the spice level by adding more or less sriracha. Use a thermometer to ensure the salmon reaches 145°F. Extra sauce can be stored in the refrigerator for up to one week.
