These air fryer salmon patties are golden on the outside, tender on the inside, and packed with flavor without any fuss. They are quick, budget-friendly, and perfect for using leftover or canned salmon, giving you a satisfying meal in under 30 minutes.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 1/4 cup fresh dill
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon seasoning (Old Bay or similar)
  • 12 ounces cooked or canned salmon, flaked
  • 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • Olive oil spray
  • Lemon wedges for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat and lightly grease your air fryer basket.
  2. In a bowl, mix eggs, onion, dill, mayo, mustard, and seasoning.
  3. Add salmon and breadcrumbs and mix gently until combined.
  4. Chill the mixture for 10 minutes.
  5. Form into 6 patties.
  6. Air fry at 400°F for 8 to 10 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crisp.
  7. Serve with lemon wedges.

Notes

Add extra breadcrumbs if mixture is too wet. Chill before shaping to help patties hold together. Avoid overcrowding the air fryer. Customize with garlic, lemon zest, or spices for extra flavor. Reheat in air fryer for best texture.
