Description

This air fryer rib eye steak recipe delivers juicy tender steakhouse flavor with minimal prep and cleanup. A simple savory marinade and high heat air frying create a beautifully browned exterior and a perfectly cooked center in minutes.


Ingredients

  • 2 rib eye steaks 1 ½ inches thick
  • ½ cup reduced sodium soy sauce
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • 4 teaspoons grill seasoning


Instructions

  1. Combine soy sauce olive oil and grill seasoning in a resealable bag. Add steaks and marinate at least 2 hours.
  2. Remove steaks from the marinade and pat dry.
  3. Add 1 tablespoon water to the bottom of the air fryer pan to prevent smoking. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F.
