Description

This air fryer rack of lamb is juicy, tender, and coated in a crispy, garlicky parmesan crust. It looks elegant but comes together quickly with minimal effort, making it perfect for a special dinner at home.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1.25 lbs rack of lamb
  • Oil spray
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh herbs
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Pat lamb dry and trim if needed.
  2. In a bowl, mix parmesan, mustard, olive oil, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, herbs, salt, and pepper.
  3. Press the mixture onto the meat side of the lamb.
  4. Preheat air fryer to 380°F.
  5. Place lamb bone-side down in the basket and cook for 8 minutes.
  6. Flip carefully and cook another 6 to 10 minutes.
  7. Let rest, slice into chops, and serve.

Notes

Use a thermometer to check doneness for best results. Cut the rack if needed to fit your air fryer. Do not overcrowd the basket. Let the lamb rest before slicing to keep it juicy.
