Description

This air fryer frozen salmon is the ultimate weeknight lifesaver. No thawing needed, just simple seasoning and a quick two-step cook for flaky, juicy, and perfectly tender salmon every time.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 frozen salmon fillet
  • 2 teaspoons olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 360°F for 5 minutes
  2. Place frozen salmon in the basket
  3. Cook for 5 minutes to thaw
  4. Mix olive oil and seasonings
  5. Remove salmon and brush seasoning mixture on top
  6. Return to air fryer
  7. Cook at 400°F for 7 to 10 minutes
  8. Check internal temperature reaches 145°F
  9. Serve immediately

Notes

Use a meat thermometer for perfect doneness. Adjust cooking time based on thickness. Works with skin-on or skinless salmon. Avoid overcrowding if cooking multiple fillets.
